That is a pretty good interpretation. I mean it is only slightly better but enough to make me not care so much.

I'm not talking about that level which isn't related to the stereotyping involved with portraying Indians as a bunch of silly cow worshippers.
It's so true: punching preteen girls in the face probably does make them cry.
The joke that stands out as racist is when Lindsay is riding the bus and it hits a person. She is concerned and one of the passengers says, "No, it wasn't a cow. It was just a tourist" and all the passengers laugh. Maybe there is a level to that joke that I'm not getting but it seemed a little mean-spirited.
My mom quit the first episode when she thought Bran had died in his fall and his dire wolf was crushed by him. She still didn't even want to watch when told that both of them survive because she thought the show was sexist (I can't remember why). She is a big fantasy fan too.
Maybe they didn't want to bring back the actress who played Talisa to do a scene or two two or three years from now if she wasn't going to be involved in a major plot line. Also there was a lack of people (Greatjon, Dacey Mormont, others) so they had to maintain the level of shock even though they had la small amount…
@avclub-0f0d67e214f9fef69b278e3d08114da9:disqus I love your theory so so much I want to court it, propose to it and get consensually married to it. It was what I basically what I should have said earlier when I was arguing with a guy on Reddit about why Stannis is a dick but much more eloquent and thought out than…
The more that I think about it, the series really does set it up like that. The books have a lot of chapters about Jon Snow and Daenerys who don't have much stakes in the war (yet) while the show sets up Ned and Tyrion as being the main characters. Even though I am more interested in the political stuff, the show…
One interesting reaction I saw, was a friend of mine who thought the Red Wedding was similar to Ned's beheading in that it was killing off the MAIN character of the series and he was unsure of how the series could continue. Now that didn't make much sense to me, knowing in the books Robb is a relatively minor…
Yeah that season had a lot of the bad plotlines (Chang) and over-reliance on fan service that this season had. I think Season 4 was about the quality of all the mediocre episodes of all the earlier seasons, which there was a lot of (I am of the opinion that Community is a pretty inconsistent show). It just didn't have…
I'd hope it wouldn't be just him shitting on the last season. It seems like it would be in bad taste to just make fun of other people's work because he lost his job for being hard to work with.
And similar faces
I approve only because I've spent the last five minutes thinking of Bane singing "Candle in the Wind."
Let's be ahead of the curve and get this meme started before the film is widely released.
That girl in the photo is supposedly Renee Zellweger when she was young and blurry.
This reminds me of a discussion I heard on a podcast about weird frequency of rappers referencing the Honeycomb Hideout. Here are some examples:
She was in a few commercials back in the day. One with William Shatner for that online travel agency.
Other jerks: Blur & Sonic Youth
Like Step Brothers? Seriously, Step Brothers is the best.
ASSHOOOOOLE!!!
