Was just going to comment about cheese in Mexican and Filipino ice cream flavors! I wasn’t super into it as a kid, but I’ve grown to appreciate it more as a grown up. Cheese ice cream with blackberries is a current favorite.

I found the description on an old menupages page! “Grilled corn on a white sauce base topped with roasted poblano peppers, cilantro lime mayo, cotija cheese, and red chili salt.” I don’t love cotija, so it wasn’t my favorite, but everyone else went absolutely nuts for it.

Their pizza is excellent. The Mac & Cheese, the Chicken & Waffles...and my brother still can’t stop talking about the specialty elotes slice they had last summer. This just makes me like them even more!
