No seriously, please, as a fat person who is far to embarrassed to exercise in public, I beg you please, just ignore us. Like don't accidentally run us off the road or anything, but if that happened to me it would have only made me feel more embarrassed. I'm begging you. That guy probably didn't want know, FOR SURE,…
No, you don't get it. In "encouraging the fatty who is doing such a good job," you are being super condescending, though you think you are being helpful. You're demonstrating a "look at the zoo animal" mentality. People just want to exercise in peace, to not attract any attention. Fat people want to go to the gym…
That's one of the only good things about super gross people: They start to stick to each other after a while in easy to manage clumps.
Can someone ban richie0 please? For fuck's sake.
Was hoping for a twist ending.
With a little time and effort, this unfortunate image could have been unnoticeably fixed.
South Park will go down in history as the most relevant cultural commentary of its time. It perfectly picked up where the Simpsons began its long decline.
I was so angry when I saw that episode because they totally got me. For the life of me I couldn't figure out what the answer was actually supposed to be. And then they revealed that the answer was "naggers" and I was like "aaaaaaaaaaand I'm racist"
How weird is it that South Park is the most important satire of our generation. Whoa.
Dr. Muffley...ob-gyn...
Who the ef would have heard about this if the parents weren't going around publicizing it?
Is there some Gawker reporter who covers the lemonade stand beat now that the Rob Ford crack scandal has played out?
I want to know why it's OK for this but the neighbors would call the cops if it was a hobo soliciting to wash your car window.
This seems to be a common theme, people trying to gain empathy for a disadvantaged group by literally putting themselves in their shoes. Being poor for a day, dressing up in a fat suit, disguising yourself as a different ethnicity, wearing blindfolds, going around in a wheelchair, etc.
I thought this was going to be about the trend of shaming people as punishment. Which I would love to be a thing of the past.
Rebecca, while Jezebel has a history of needlessly putting down helpless girls, I for one am glad you took the tone you did with this piece. Am I the only one who sees that you weren't mocking Britney's illness, but rather the ridiculous and insulting (to her most of all) facade that the male puppeteers have built…
Considering Disney steals work from independent designers I feel like they don't really have grounds for complaint. http://www.king5.com/news/local/Sea…. That, my friends, is what we call "hypocrisy."
If you want to learn how to write strong women, volunteer for the officiating crew of a MAJOR women's roller derby league. There's nothing like being immersed in a social/democratic matriarchy where women are in control and comfortable. Also, they welcome nerds (there is no writer who doesn't have a dominant nerd…
When I'm sleepy but I can't sleep, there's only one medicine that does the job. And that medicine is...medicine. But…
