I thought Rage 2 used the Avalanche engine? Which just proves your point further. I’d think that the engineers at ID could come up with something though.

So what engine would you use? What engine allows for that much interactivity with objects on such a large scale? Genuinely interested. Because, yeah, they own ID software. You’d think they could come up with something.
They could have easily made three movies out of the Macross portion.
To pick your nit even further, they were aircraft carriers.
The demo absolutely sold me on the game. I wasn’t interested at all, but since it is a Final Fantasy, and a PS5 exclusive, I decided to give the demo a spin. It’s great, even with some cliched story beats, I was totally engaged with the plot. Also, the items you can equip to help with combat make it actually fun for…
No. It’s a sequel. Not a new game plus. The fundamental mechanics of how you can play the game have totally changed. The world has been totally redesigned to interact with the new abilities Link has. It takes place in the same place as Breath of the Wild, but everything is changed. The story is entirely new. There are…
Yeah, the Hot Mustard Doritos were surprisingly good, my whole family enjoyed them.
It looks like the game generates places of interest around where you land, which is a great idea. They have a bunch of prefabricated segments that have been designed to be modular, then get plugged in to create areas to explore, quests, etc...
This looks like the best game ever. Too bad it is coming out the same year as the actual best game ever, Tears of the Kingdom. I am so hyped for this game. But I am an unabashed Bethesda enthusiast, so don’t expect objectivity from me.
1. I am surprised that anyone thought this was going to be 60 FPS.
The food was pretty bad, but the sopapillas were good. I am wondering what the pricing is going to be like now?
It’s not unpopular round these parts. Twitter is absolutely crammed with that same opinion.
What part of Colorado are you in? They are at every Wendy’s I’ve tried in the Denver Metro Area, including Boulder.
Yeah, for sure. Although as long as Starfield fits within my 384 GB of useable space, I’ll gut my Series S SSD to play it.
I don’t think the cheaper prices are going to be helping people play Final Fantasy XVI on the Xbox any time soon.
True story: my mother in law thinks she is in a relationship with Johnny Depp, thanks to one of the countless Facebook scammers. She’s so narcissistic that she actually believes he is courting her. My wife explained the scammers, but she thinks she can tell the difference. She is new to Facebook this year, naturally.
the only thing that really bothered me about Jedi, from the first time I saw it, was the droid torture chamber in Jabba’s Palace. It just seems ridiculous. Otherwise, the movie is great. Some really powerful, and earned, character moments. Watching Vader turn on the emperor for the first time, chills.
The amount of players using these exploits amounts to far less than one tenth a percent of the total number of players. Also it is quite possible that the bugs they patched to remove these exploits could have other, more harmful consequences.
“ Xbox has such an uphill battle when even the journalists are biased against it.”
I don’t see how this is an exploit. It doesn’t seem to be breaking anything, like the duplication exploits. It’s just using the tools provided. They have a Zonai tool that can launch you in a similar manner, albeit not straight up.
