That’s a great observation. I’ve never beena fan of Wiig’s BIG performances on the show (love her more grounded work in a ton of films) and so prefer the subdued style.

It is written for a very young audience. It’s an all-ages show on Disney+ and it’s rated TV-PG, not even TV-14. It’s never going to be sophisticated. Me too. I just streamed a little indie dramedy called “Mother’s Little Helpers” on Amazon with some up and coming actors (Milana Vayntrub, Breeda Wool from “Unreal:, the guy who plays Mouse on “Batwoman”). Really liked it.
