Joe actually has given some specifics. Especially on health care. Nor Warren-level specifics of course (which I think is not politically helpful for a general election in any case), but I think a lot more than “nebulous.”

Bernie is getting less votes than he did four years ago. Yet, he argues he will create a tidal wave of new voters and beat Trump?

This feels like a very sneaky plan by Showtime to have us think their streaming service is in the same class as the others!

It’s also possible Biden will not run for re-election and his female VP will. She will likely be less middle of the road.

Nancy Pelosi fought hard to get the Affordable Care Act passed in the House (after getting the Obama White House not to give up on it) and thus saved thousands of lives and made millions of lives better. She’s an American hero of the highest order.

From what I see, his turnout was down generally but not in California. But even then Biden did better than expected (in large part because many Dems are fearful of Bernie being the nominee, even if they like a lot of his policy goals.)

Totally. Plus Joe won the white vote in a huge way from voters who voted later on in the process (like on actual Super Tuesday.)

I think Harris as well. I think she can get young folks out more than Klobuchar, and Biden will need some of the youth turnout that he’s not gonna get on his own.

There’s also a chance that should Biden win the presidency, his female VP runs in four years, as he’ll be too old to run and pass the torch. Kamala Harris 2024!  Or Stacey Abrams 2024, if it’s Bernie as prez.)

Three million of your fellow Democratic voters preferred Hillary as their Democratic nominee. Are you saying they all were all part of a conspiracy against Bernie? Maybe, just maybe, they preferred the more moderate candidate to be the nominee? Just like this time.
