The script is for the cast, crew, and director. It’s not a novel. If there are inside jokes, or non-literary descriptions... that’s what TV screenplays (especially of long-running shows, especially written by the showrunners who know what they want) looks like.
At least he didn’t say “Obama picked me. That should be good enough for you.” as he did for a bunch of the other answers. I actually think he’s okay, and will work hard to get him elected if he’s the eventual nominee, but he really needs to get better at this.
I thought his response was pretty poor.. Especially if he knew of the attack ahead of time. I’m not sure what he could say, other then maybe “I was mistaken, and my legislative record... my actions rather than my words, show I evolved.” Or something more than just denial.
For anyone who comes across this article and needs to talk to someone...
I watched the debates last night, but I get the appeal of the show. Apparently it’s well done.
He never tried to hit it all that much...
I don’t watch it, but I get why a broadcast network is happy to have it. That said, according to everyone I know who does watch it, this particular season was better than most? And people like watching rich folks (if that is an aspect of the show?) Dynasty, Dallas, etc. They’re selling a fantasy.
Great looking people, sex, drama, the chance to judge others... why wouldn’t it be popular?
Universal healthcare is what all the leading Democratic candidates want as an end goal. That’s not the issue. Bernie’s plan calls for the elimination of private insurance within four years in a country where, for whatever reason hundreds of thousands of people like their private health care plans (especially the ones…
Delaney may not be the best messenger but he’s correct that running on entirely eliminating private health insurance is indeed political suicide. It’s why Harris, after raising her hand for eliminating private health insurance in the last debate, immediately said she “misheard” the question the next day.
And I’m glad…
I see where they sound similar 20 seconds into the Katy Perry song and the main beat (repeating sound) of the other one. But has that beat really never been used before? It seems pretty basic and I would think easy to come up with independent of ever hearing the other song? I’m not a musician so maybe that’s harder…
Glad you love it, but for me it has some great moments within the songs but nothing really stands out as a single track. It’s certainly not bad, it’s just hard for me to connect with. Not sure if it’s the length or just having so many ideas and not a tough editor (or self-editor). I’ll try it again but definitely a…
It seems to be getting worse with each episode. They’ve really destroyed the character.
I hadn’t seen all of those before, so thanks. I especially like the veteran rebel pilot telling Luke he knew his father. Good thing Lucas cut that!
Why?
I heard the deleted scene was a tribute to a hero and I thought they might actually have a scene honoring Natasha. But nope. More Tony worship. Bleh.
I’d wait for some stuff you like is on there, then sign up for a month, watch the shows, and drop your subscription until the next season.
Hope we get all the Touchstone movies, too.
