Let’s blame women for the misdeeds of the men they are connected to. Just like Trump bringing Bill Clinton’s accusers to his debate with Hillary. Keep it classy, Jezebel.
Another excuse to post this catchy little ditty...
Such a fun read. Still my favorite feature on the site.
Saying you feel Kirby and Ditko should be as well known as Lee, or even better known, I can understand. Your dismissing of Lee’s talent, I don’t. They were all super talented. That’s why what they created together holds up.
Yes, exactly what I’m saying. You’re a great listener.
Sigh.
I think her publicist’s response was pretty crappy and worth talking about, as is the bigger issue of a lack of representation for trans folks, but the headline here made me think Johansson was calling people jealous. It’s just idiot Michael Rappaport. Who cares what he has to say? He’s a known idiot. If we comment on…

I thought Guardians of the Galaxy 2 was not good, my third least favorite of them all (even including Incredible Hulk) with Thor 2 and Iron Man 2 as the real stinkers (as you pointed out.) But I might be in the minority on that one.
Also, it led to the screenwriter Steve Kloves returning to movies (well, the need to make money to support his family), and with his awesome adaption of the novel, he was given a chance to pick something from a list of other books Warner Bros. had the rights to adapt. He made a good choice!
I think they’re waiting to see if Disney wins the fight for Fox or not. Plus the property is pretty damaged from that last movie. Better to wait a bit?
