very Zen episode to me - The title "The Strategy" coming to mean - what strategy will you take to living your life - for dealing with an "uncertain world" for "living in the unknowing" - do we create illusions of stability, sham marriages or family units which create more certainty for dealing with social expectations

the episode felt disjointed, hodge-podge- intriguing yet uncomfortable, until it settled in - then the title, The Runaways brought it all together for me- it was about being in uncomfortable situations and running away via different methods as an option - Lou wants to run away via his lame comic strip becoming a hit -

Field trips are about going off campus, observing, learning; exposing students to hands-on learning experience - that happened for Don & Betty - Don seemed to be actually learning, absorbing, taking it in, contrasts w/Betty as the learning disturbed her - we see more so of how Don ended up with her, he with a fear of

Pepenador- one of my last vices, overindulging in hyphenation - I've been trying to quit - oops, sorry I do it without thinking and use it instead of period. It comes across like I am sending a telegram (stop) I will try to be more self aware. PEACE

this show could just be called "looking for love" - I think it is a key turning point - its what Dons whole life has been about - looking, deceiving, performing - for this elusive Holy Grail - and here he got it, whit his warts and all - no deceiving or performing required - loved as is - he may stumble back
