PC yes, but at a cost. I have $1500 into my gaming PC and that's a lot. And PS4 isn't even noticeable. My friend and I ran DA Inquisition on my PS4 and Xbox One on my 55 inch and the difference wasn't noticeable. I just prefer the Xbox One, setup, and ecosystem much more than my PS4.
