To me Like Water For Chocolate is the greatest hip hop album of all time. Him and Comm9n made the best duo. The beat for Nag Champa is the greatest track ever. Plus his work with Pharcyde are some much under appreciated classics.

I actually just saw Villa this past Sunday. I love their new album Yes and Dilla has been the greatest ever to me starting with the first time I heard Stakes Is High.

How about LA artists like Dilated Peoples, Murs, Fashawn, Gangrene, Planet Asia, and Strong Arm Steady? Great Cali hip hop without that commercial BS fluff.
