The score was really noticeable in this episode, and used to great effect, whether sounding like a horror movie, a weird version of Fantasia, or music for imagination.

This season is a /mess/. I'll stick it out to the end because it's not like I have anything to watch on Monday nights at 10, but it's just…all over the place and not fun any more. Too much ridiculous plot, ~romance~, events that are supposed to be 'shocking reveals' with very little buildup or payoff, the co-opting of…
I was busy internally shrieking WHY WOULD YOU FUCK IN THE WEIRD ALIEN POD
I know it was a red herring and that it wasn't /actually/ alien hand syndrome, but with the MAKE YOUR CHOICE segments being the big new thing, I figured something would be up twist-wise.
Oh, I know that. I caught that when I was playing the game even before the reveal. What with the whole LET'S TALK ABOUT THE PARASITE THAT CONTROLS PEOPLE'S ACTIONS thing.

The game's ending felt a bit disappointing and anticlimatic, but I feel like that was the point? That timeline hopping/shifting like that really isn't a good solution to problems. And it was explained by way of Back To The Future - one of your multiverse selves is…
Probably because we were all going THIS IS ON LIFETIME??? This season REALLY feels like it belongs on lifetime
The constant "we're going to tackle race!" That the showrunner kept saying before the season started was worrying. And here we are
I'm honestly not feeling this season as much as season 1. Like, season one wasn't stellar television, but it was good stuff and there was a build. I feel like Season 2 has hardly any of the contestants/'producing' work. There's a lot of stuff 'happening' but it doesn't feel…earned?
The art in Wonder Woman is SO GOOD
I picked up Saga Vol. 6 from my library and I'm really excited to read it!
I had fun jumping into the fandom in s2 - I'd marathoned s1 shortly before s2 started. Season 2 was weaker, but I still had lots of fun in the fandom.
Fear of failure is the primary motivator on my part. IF I DON'T START IT I CAN'T FAIL YET
Not…/hate/ but watching season one of The Flash live would've been really fun.
Honestly Pokemon Go has made me go outside and exercise on a daily basis. I go for a half hour brisk walk around the local park. Pokemon Go's given me an incentive to actually…go outside and exercise. It's not the best thing since sliced bread, but it makes me feel happy.
I haven't touched Marvel since their whole Inhumans binge. Like, yeah, okay, we get it, you're pissed about not having the X-Men movie rights.
Happy Wednesday aka Comics Day everyone! The Nightwing Rebirth issue was a joy.
Breath of The Wild, of course! I watched those gameplay videos for hours! We Happy Few looks more railroaded-Bioshock-esque than the Kickstarter made it out to be, but hey. I'm excited for Dishonored 2 and also Telltale Batman.
Hamiltonys 2k16. I'll be disappointed but unsurprised if JGroff wins Best Supporting Actor. Because he's the one white dude in the show and is ~comedy relief.~ I saw him play the part - he was hilarious, but he doesn't deserve a Tony for it. Give it to Chris Jackson or Daveed Diggs.
A "Step 4: PROFIT", huh? Makes enough sense. And they did pick the snappiest order!
