Yup! Not *everyone* was evil, but they were, and they're the important part.

Nah, that's James Olsen's thing.

Yup, that too! But Wells laughing about a "man of steel" was the first instance of it. (and I was laughing along with him.)

I've never shipped Barry/Caitlin, and I'm all on board with Kara/Barry being fun friends who have fun times (and smooches) together. Nothing BIG DRAMATIC SERIOUS, just two superheroes getting comfortable with their superpowers together.

They make up for it in the sheer amount of bro, though.

I'd say so. (Though they'd have to explain why nobody ever mentioned Superman before. Maybe they'd set it in the future?) I mean, Harrison Wells did make a "man of steel" future in-joke re: Girder in The Flash.

Yeah, episode 9 was the identity stuff.

I think Barry's shoes might have caught on fire a grand total of once.

Barry and Cisco. For shame, Caroline. For shame.

Yup, SPEED FORCE. Clothing catching on fire is just a thing that happens every once in a while.

ah, dang, beat me to it.

Wait, isn't the episode called "Worlds Finest", not "World's Finest"? Might want to fix that.

I know people keep saying this every time the question of 'a musical episode' comes up, but if any DC show could do The Music Meister, it'd be The Flash and/or Supergirl. (I think it's more likely to happen on The Flash, but hey.)

Season 1 of The Flash is on Netflix. I binged it over the course of a week and I had a GRAND time.

oh yeah, this blew the Arrow crossovers out of the water. (I don't watch Arrow, and never plan to.) The episode after the crossover - episode 9 - is where things really start picking up, plot-wise.

I wouldn't call Barry and the Supergirl Trio 'racially diverse' but oh man I was CACKLING. This is the second time a Grant Gustin character has been told he belongs on the CW. (Back when he was on Glee, his 'CW hair' was noted.)

She definitely knows that Kara is Supergirl - in case anybody doubted that, whatever phrase she said after saying she knew Barry was The Flash implied that she did. (The 'Kara and Supergirl in the same place' time trick totally didn't fool her)

Either he took a secret dimension hopping field trip, or he was talking about Earth-2. I mean, the other two thirds of his Team Flash trio were evil there.

Yes! It's a fun superhero show with a surprisingly solid overarching plot for the season. Brings the comic book joy and the feelings.

She was SO EXCITED! And Barry using getting everyone ice cream as a way to show off his speed was adorable.
