Being able to work with others is a major part of being able to be a successful and happy adult.  Those kids aren’t learning the skills that they need to be able to work with others.

I agree.  There are a lot of drug rules out there for athletes and they are set by the international federation.  They may be stupid and unfair but the rules and consequences are clear.
