For those who are curious:
I’m moderately fond of the original “Royals”, the Puddles version blows it away on every metric available.
I highly recommend his version of Royals with Postmodern Jukebox.
All the Arkham games are incredible. I love literally everything in the tense psychological horror of Asylum...right until Joker becomes a hulk monster (I also wasn’t a fan of big dumb Bane, but Origins retconned a perfect solution to that).
I’m currently replaying Arkham Asylum. They should make a movie like Arkham Asylum.
I guess the resolution of that subplot was stolen from us.
Really glad he said this. I know some people that listen to him who probably need to hear it.
That theme park land at Universal needs to redo at least one of their bathrooms to all beautiful shiny bare floors that you do your business on, then it’s whisked away through a trapdoor or something. That’ll show Disney they’ve got some real competition in the “immersive experience” department.
Don’t be racist, sexist, ableist, or trans/homophobic. That’s pretty much the list. If you can’t make people laugh without being any of those things, maybe the problem isn’t the culture that surrounds you?
“John Wayne Gacey...”
I like that we have an article highlighting podcasts as a regular feature, as it’s otherwise extremely haphazard to discover good podcasts. But the article itself seems to be quite hit or miss in the quality/noteworthiness of the content it identifies. Maybe it’s just personal taste.
I don’t like microtransactions but I don’t like a subscription fee equally as much. I like to pay one amount and get the full game ad free. I’m apparently the minority though or there wouldn’t be such horrible monetization in the mobile world.
As if your statement couldn’t be made any more true: I read it in my head in the voice of MacRuff the Crime Dog.
It’s almost as if you, person named “Old-Man-Barking” who is old enough to have a 15-year-old child, may not be the target audience for this!
It’s fairly wackadoodle that making completely CGI costumes that are 100% photo-realistic has become faster and cheaper than crafting actual clothing. In these movies anyway, I just kinda assume that most of the more elaborate costumes are digital.
I knew Rocket’s suit was CG!
I was hoping for The Dickies.
Little known fact: Han Solo’s first name is actually short for Hansel.
Her pretext for harassing her neighbor may have been her veganism, but this is a type of person who harasses their neighbor relentlessly over bullshit
People like that are the scourge of the 311 system
