This isn't true.  Sam's been perfectly happy to put down any monsters that come along, except on the rare occasions he personally identifies with said monster for whatever his reason is that season.  In fact overall we've seen Sam question his motivations and actions in this regard LESS than Dean has.  Go back and

I don't think so, the show dropped a large number of viewers in the second half of this episode, which suggests that far from being intrigued, a lot of viewers surfed away by the second half of the episode.(not talking about the rating over all, as it was against the world series and a lot of viewers would have

This is not new for Dean.  Dean has let monsters who haven't killed humans live in the past.  In fact he's let monsters who have killed humans but had provided strong proof that they had changed their ways(one example being Lenore).

It was very in character for Dean to let Kate live.  Dean's never been black and white no matter how many people try to claim he is.  He's let other monsters go, going all the way back to Season 2.  In season 1 it was a non-issue, aside from Bobby's little freak out about Meg, but Meg was being kept prisoner in her

But Sam did it too.  He forced a demon back into a hosts body for the express purpose of killing it so it could tell Crowley where they were.  Sam didn't blink an eye and participated in killing demons in the last two episodes.

I still think he'd  have been perfect and there is a little part of me that wishes he'd had the opportunity, I think he was really close because at the 2011 Nerd Panel that Jared did during Comic Con, around the time CA came out, JP twice said he thought JA would have been a great Captain America, which made me feel

They don't use people. The psychic lady was doing HER job and she didn't listen when Castiel repeatedly tried to warn her off to not look at him.  Ellen and Jo were hunters who chose to join this hunt, same with Rufus and same with Bobby.  In point of fact as hunters they should do it, it's their job.  Hunting is

Why shouldn't he try to protect his mother?  Because he wasn't protecting his mother, he was putting her in worse danger.  The reason she ended up how she was was because Kevin didn't listen to Dean.  It's all well and good that it's all new to Kevin but it doesn't make Dean wrong and is Dean just supposed to NOT try

There are no demons in Purgatory(or if they are they are there by accident lol).  He killed a monster. Dean and Sam are hunters, they hunt monsters first and foremost, it's where most of their training was growing up.  Demons didn't become a big deal until the time where the show started, as Bobby said at the end of

EVERYONE dies on this show, except Dean and Sam(and even they die, it's just they get to come back).  Why is it such an issue that female characters get killed?  Everyone gets killed.  It's so annoying to see people complaining about one group of characters being killed as though they deserve special treatment just

Actually the idea of Sam's clown phobia having anything to do with Dean's date is pretty ridiculous.  Dean is only 4 years older than Sam, he was being left alone with Sam for a few days at a time by the time he was 9 years old and for weeks at a time by the time he was a teenager.  Dad ripped Dean a new one when 9
