I don't think you can make the assumption that the junkyard test destroyed the processor. All we saw was the video display glitching before the laptop went flying to its doom. But you're right that this certainly doesn't mean that the data on the hard drive was erased for sure.

If memory serves, the ricin is in a glass vial thats hidden in the cigarette. I think it would be pretty noticable if you actually tried to smoke it (if you could even draw on it).
