Looking through the list of Season 1 episodes, you may very well be correct, although with the caveat that almost all of the first season pales in comparison to every other Timm-Dini show. I think that the only truly great episode(s) from the first season is "Legends".

Yeah, I don't get the complaint that "Who Pooped the Bed" is terrible. It was the first episode of Sunny I ever saw and it's what got me hooked. I think that it's worlds better than much of what they did last season and this season. The constant invective directed toward it is puzzling.
