Well that’s the most boring thing I’ve ever heard. It doesn’t make the car accelerate in either type of vehicle so why call it that?

I think notbrake is probably better.
That may have been the intent when the freeway system was built, but it doesn’t work anymore. There are simply too many cars on the roads to have 90% of them in the same lane and the surrounding lanes virtually empty.
I’m glad someone did. So... what do we call it? The go pedal? The move-pad? The notbrake?
But your skin color isn’t the only difference. I’d be willing to bet that the person who pulled you over is not the same person who pulled this kid over.

Or because the vast majority of police officers don’t shoot people in traffic stops.
I’ve done the same unfortunately, and it did not end like this. I am a white guy. What’s your point?
Actually, it is a few bad apples. Suggesting that all cops are corrupt because of an insignificant number of unjustified killings is no different than saying all black people are criminals because of an insignificant number of crimes committed by blacks.
What racism does this post highlight, exactly?
What racism was identified?
Why do you believe that police officers are more likely to shoot black people?
In all fairness, based on anecdotal evidence, robberies and burglaries are more likely to be committed by black people so...
To be fair, being white is also a great way to avoid committing petty crimes, so there’s that.
You break whichever window is fastest, and least likely to cause harm to the person/animal inside. Seconds matter, so there is no time to think about which window will have the lowest replacement cost.
Well, as a fellow lover of good audio, I’m going to salute you anyway. Good taste is good taste, whether it fits the budget or not.
I totally agree that there are cues that could have been used to determine that this wasn’t an actual human. But when the possibility of someone’s life is at stake, nobody is going to stand outside the car looking to see if the person’s chest is moving. Time is of the essence and the only risk in breaking into the car…
If those are yours I salute you.
Or we don’t know if she still has a pulse or not, so better to risk an unnecessary broken window than a human life? What’s wrong with you people??
Eh... assuming it wasn’t obvious from the outside to the person who reported it, or to the police officer, breaking the window was absolutely the right thing to do.
