When you say "and so forth" you should really mention the critical one on that list, which is Blu-Ray and DVD playing functionality, instead of glossing over it and acting like the patch is purely for online features.

I feel like quoting the guy who designed the console's architecture on what he thinks of the thing he made is slightly underhanded.
Dunno how much people really expect them to be able to accomplish on a weekend.
Really? GW2 wasn't unplayable for days after launch and it didn't contain at bare minimum one bug that resulted in thousands of bans? Okay.
You can really tell where Owen's loyalties lie when he's forced to write about Microsoft products.
Lame potshots are not endearing them or their product to me. Sony's messaging has been nothing but consistently vague. We've got a bunch of launch "window" games with no launch line-up, a bunch of CG trailers with no release dates attached to them, and some online features that still have yet to be detailed…
What about the voice work did you find "hideous"? I thought the entire cast was pretty good (Jude and Alvin, in particular).
Way to snip out the part where they say you can be searching for a match in one game while you play another, if they're digital copies. That's some fine reporting, Jason.
The book dungeons are easily my favorite part of the game. Those areas are freaking gorgeous and fast-paced platforming is awesome and flows very well. The atmosphere in those places is amazing too.
The soundtrack for this trailer is the same track used in the Tarrlok/Noatok flashbacks in Book 1. If you dig it, the official soundtrack was just released.
You really need to finish Vesperia, at least. I really liked Graces F too, but Vesperia is in my top 5 games from this gen, probably top 10 all time. That game is fantastic.
So, Luke, when are you going to edit this article or publish a new one detailing your error?
Well, it's not associated with a code, or a one-time use, or anything else remotely resembling DRM, so no, I don't really think it's DRM. It's not really DLC either. It's a component of the game that you're going to need, and if you can bitch about it on the internet, you have the means to download what likely amounts…
A Day One system update caused by a highly sought after policy reversal and a download that will occur in the background while you play.
At least they moved the Start/Select buttons to a position that will likely be easier to hit than right behind the analogue sticks. Analogue stick placement still bothers me though. No (quickly) removable battery still bothers me as well, and since it's effectively the same size as the DualShock 3, the size is a…
No, they actually confirmed the exact opposite. The rumour was that the Sharing was just a one hour demo or something. Marc Whitten rebuked that in a reply on Twitter. http://ca.ign.com/articles/2013/…
Calling it a silly policy is pretty silly if we look at Xbox Live's record of uptime and stability.
So what does the Halo image have to do with anything?
What are you even talking about?
Nope, physical copy only.
