You asked “what 5000lb car is good at the track” not “what sedan can beat a track toy?” For the record, an M5 has turned a 7:55 around the ring. That’s faster than a Ferrari 360 Stradale...which is a pretty significant track toy.

You’ve obviously never been involved with a Ferrari restoration. Restoring one of these cars from a significant wreck would be calculated in years, not months.
