Wes Anderson's Mad Max

So far he's an honorable(ish) southerner who freed his slaves years before the war, a tactical genius, and railroad engineer. I expect his supertrain to show up any episode.

Just a "The Swede is weird" character moment I think. Though there is something un-human about gaunt naked people scrubbing floors in the dark that makes me think it might have been meant as some sort of call back about Andersonville.
