Exactly. It’s good that NASCAR is looking at this as a Very Serious Event, but the results really do speak for themselves—and they were remarkably good.

The driver walked away from the impact, and there were only 5 minor injuries in the grandstand and yet people are still complaining that this setup isn’t safe enough. I’m all for improving on the improved, but I think it needs to be emphasized that both the racecar and the racetrack did their jobs quite well.

Perhaps they could make the shells out of marshmallows. When marshmallows crash into other marshmallows, only good things can come of it.

Should have called it the CR-Y...amiright?

Tinted Headlight/Taillight/Sidemarker/Clearance Lamp Covers:

Stacks that go through the truck bed. Because lets spend thousands (I’m going to assume thousands, could be less I suppose) on something that decreases the usability of the truck bed.

Fake stick-on vents and trim.

“Honestly officer, I didn’t even see him.”

Not to victim blame, but “Watch an idiot stand at the outside of a corner during an illegal drift ‘race’” would have been just as accurate of a headline.

3rd Ughhhhhh Chevy commercials. Theyre so ridiculous, poking and prodding “real life people” to say something stupid. “That Impala looks like a BMW!” “I can’t watch Minions 3D in a Corolla lacking wifi!” “Boys who drive trucks are hotter than ones who drive mopeds!” “FUCKING BEARS GUYS, flip your STEEL truck and hide

I hate that Chevy is using the “hurr dee durr steel is stronger” argument in advertising, because I fear it will be successful in spite of its fallacy. In other words, how dare Ford introduce pansy aluminum to the world of trucks, real men have steel trucks and steel truck nutz.

Who cares? My biggest pet peeve about C&C is that people can’t leave pretension and expectations at home. You’ve got people too anal to let people drink coffee near their cars and you have people that can’t understand that someone loves their barely-modified Focus enough that they might want to talk about it with

Oh, I thought that was the “British spelling”.

“For one it’s a Ford” seriously? You’re one of those guys huh.

Nah, a 69' Judge didn't resemble a 69' Camaro, why would it now. I think the new Camaros are bloated and ugly

sorry bud but dont work for any car companies. just tired of people bashing Lincoln for platform sharing when almost every other manufacturer does that same at least in some models. That and other than enthusiasts the vast majority of people have no clue if a vehicle shares platforms they just see it looks different

I wish we lived in a world where a modern GTO Judge existed to compete with the Hellcat...

Technically speaking, Lincoln isn't dead yet. But they might as well be since they're relegated to making rebadged Fords. They should be making beautiful cars like the Mk. IV Continental to compete with Cadillac and the rest of the world.

I didn't see the question yesterday but I can't believe AMC didn't make the cut.
