I played splitscreen on a PC 17" back in the day. It's not that bad. If you have to go the splitscreen route, you adapt. I personally hate splitscreen. That's why I love system link and Xbox Live. No sharing of screens!

it's coming in one of the updates. developers already said. the current 360 version is based on Beta 1.6.6 on PC. the next update will be based on PC Beta 1.7.3 version. eventually, they'll catch up to the PC version.

it should work. in the old days, you had to have a monitor that could do 1280x720 or 1920x1080. but they added more resolution settings to the Xbox handle other monitors.

use a PC monitor. that's what I use when in a pinch. and if the PC monitor is VGA, get the VGA cable (official Microsoft one of course because the fake VGA cables have ghosting). If the PC monitor is HDMI, get a $2 HDMI cable. If the PC monitor is DVI, get a $2 DVI to HDMI cable with a $3 audio adapter...
