Tint laws are there because you can’t see through limo tint, which means when a cop is approaching the car, they don’t know if there is someone in the backseat pointing a gun at them, etc.

How can you tell the back windshield wasn’t tinted? I just watched the clip above, and the on on theroot link, and the only window(s) you have a clear view of are the front and the rear driver side..
