What would be a good word? I’ve been wondering that. I get what she’s saying, and I feel for her, but you’re right. Bullying doesn’t really fit.

Why would you make that assumption? Who do you think is going to help while the mother is healing? He’s going to be waking up at all hours too, and stacking work on top of that is crazy. Not to mention dads getting bonding time with their kids is just important in general.
Dr. Torres and other critics argued that the law was unworkable and made no medical sense.
He was really good on Misfits. Ironically in that he made being a total creep somehow sympathetic or even endearing, depending on your tolerance for dead bodies.
“Ovaries.” There was a lot of Serious Talk about that.
Right? These are the same people who say women get coddled too much and are handed things by society. Try handed body bags, man.
There was a woman here less than a week ago who went jogging one morning. Her body was fished out of the lake later that day. The prevailing theory is that she was assaulted, killed, and then tossed like trash. It barely made the morning news because it’s just so common.
I’m happy to help. It’s an absence of gender identity, but it doesn’t me we ourselves don’t feel in general or don’t feel dysphoria.
Or, here’s an idea: Teach people, including children, what being trans is really all about and promote tolerance. As more trans kids feel comfortable coming out, cis kids will come in contact with them. As more trans people come out, cis adults will come in contact with them.
It’s totally not rude to ask. I can only give you my personal take, but there are some really good resources out there if you look up neutrois.com or information on being bigender. You know how gender’s a spectrum, right? While bigender or genderqueer people feel they can bounce between or express both male and female…
The backlash people get for being bi-gender/gender non-conforming is incredible. I tell people I’m trans because it’s just so much easier than explaining I identify as gender neutral, then explaining that yes it’s a real thing, then explaining that not it does not make me feel special, then explaining that yes we do…
That too, certainly, but the sheer obsession with sleep itself I think is a product of the work-life balance being totally screwed.
One of my old bosses tried this, and Jesus Christ. He was convinced after about a week that it was TOTALLY WORKING and he looked like absolute hell.
You know, I honestly think it’s because we’ve lost or are losing the ability to disconnect and relax. Personally, I’m “on call” 24/7, and most young professionals I know realize they shouldn’t sleep with their phone close but do anyway because god help you if you miss an alert. It’s exhausting, but I don’t necessarily…
Brain chemistry. Seriously. Not that having a child isn’t also wonderful and fulfilling, but your brain gets flooded with the feel good stuff that makes you not want to eat your young.
It’s really about punishing anyone who doesn’t fit into a set standard of gender “norms,” because realistically, if a trans person is walking around in the clothing of their preferred gender, they’re most likely “passable.” If you don’t look like the traditional version of a man or a woman no matter what your gender…
Read some old Cap and Superman comics. They are incredible.
Not always. More and more companies are trying to be both transparent and decent to their workforce. Something that impressed me with one of the businesses I consulted for (so much that I might just interview with them) is that they re-wrote their company mission and values recently and decided to try to stick by them…
But if you answer question 1, you’re invalidating question two because if there’s enough evidence to warrant that violation of privacy, the violation of privacy shouldn’t be necessary. Consider Subway Jared and how much information they gathered so that the case was air tight or in the case of the San Bernadino…
I think this is the bigger problem. The examples in the article are weak IMO because they’re animated films casting really brilliant voice actors and Saldana was an amazing Gamora in a film that painted nearly every woman some strange color. However, that doesn’t take away from the lack of diversity in leads. It’s…
