I didn’t realize that! That’s good too. Arthur creeps me out for some reason, so I don’t pay much attention if it’s on.
Yeah, Don is annoying as shit. Still better than Elmo, though. Or fucking Caillou.
This is great! Dinosaur Train also recently introduced an autistic character the show. My kiddo loves Dinosaur Train and it makes me so happy that she can see someone like her on her favorite shows.
I thought the book was fascinating and raised so many interesting ethical questions. It also made me incredibly sad. I’m really looking forward to seeing this.
This is such a great idea and seems like a very inviting way to learn a new skill. A modern day sampler!
I had my pottery at a show today and while sales were REALLY slow, I did score a 100 mug custom order! When I excitedly texted my husband he managed to respond with a single thumbs up. Sometimes my husband is a boob.
LOL, that’s cute.
Wisconsin is still better than Illinois.
Well, I’ve never been to another water park and I don’t ever plan to take my kid. So I wouldn’t say I’m un-scarred. There are still textures around pools that give me the heebie-newbies at the thought stubbing toes or scraping knees. I still vividly remember the weird cold sensation of hitting that gap and not quite…
When I was about 8 I was injured at a water park when two sections of a tube slide separated and several of us slid over the gap before anyone figured it out. I don’t remember getting any medical assistance at the park, despite several kids having large gaping wounds.
I’m wondering if the bike was somehow damaged and came apart? But it seems like that would an important component the lawsuit and would have been mentioned.
It’s about everything.
I always wanted a sister (brother?)!!
In retrospect it makes no sense. My mother grew up on a dairy farm and they raised their own beef. The steaks she was charbroiling the shit out of and feeding me were lovingly raised by my grandparents. Ironically, we ate a lot of (charred) steak because it was relatively inexpensive for us coming from the family farm.
My mother also liked to broil up some steaky hockey pucks. Ketchup or A1 were necessary lubrication for the safety of your esophagus.
Oh god, I feel you. One of mine is 8.9% and the company wasinvestigated for kick backs to the university. Such a fucking racket. My other big one (that I call my mortgage) is around 2% so it could worse. I’ll be 50 when mine are paid off. :(

Shout out from a former glacial geologist!
