Hmm, the code of silence somehow malfunctioned with this one. I wonder why? Can’t quite put my ::cough black cough:: finger on it. Anyway, I’m sure he’ll get a nice Blue Lives Matter send off and a nice tweet from the buffoon in chief.

The upper staff has likely been there awhile and are getting older.  Once the people you care about start to pass one by one, death is probably something you’re going to think about more often.

I’m not saying kids’ movies can’t be about death, but this is the second one about people dying in two years. You OK, Pixar?

After Coco, Pixar reupped their 10 year grace period for me. This means, that they can release pure shit for 10 years and I’ll see it because Coco was such a masterpiece. (this isn’t to say that they do or would).
This seems like it could be another Coco.

Is it really that hard to believe? Politics is just a game to the rich and powerful. I’d bet they’re on good terms. Maybe not “friends” but certainly very cordial to one another. Their dads have golfed together several times, have they not? They’re both nepotist products, I’m sure they can find many things in common, Read more

I have zero doubt Chelsea Clinton and Ivanka Trump were friends, both of them coming from morally dubious families with a hunger for power. Of course, Ivanka is the worst, but until it became politically expedient to shun the Trumps, I doubt any Clinton ever did.

Yes, Ivanka (and her money) was totally accepted in NY society circles. Everyone has always hated Donald Trump, yes. He’s social, but not particularly philanthropic (surprise!). So any inroads they had socially—and there were a lot of them—were thanks to Ivana.

I mean, they were tabloid fodder and nouveau riche but NYC society isn’t just old money (even if Donald himself wanted to be accepted by those types). Money and status overrides a lot of things, which is also why it’s not hard to believe that Chelsea and Ivanka were friends. I mean, Ivanka was friends with a LOT of Read more

Watching a show about terrible mega rich people just doesn't seem appealing, I don't get it. Does it just feed into the whole "temporarily embarrassed millionaires" ethos of non rich Americans or what?

Given that Georgetown Law is ranked 14 in the nation and how much time Tiffany spends partying and socializing while she's supposedly enrolled, I’m going to assume the admissions bribery nonsense also extends to graduate schools now.
