Yeah... I don't like how we like to capitalize everything. Hobbies are for personal edification. Profiting from it should never be a concern unless you plan on making it a business. Everything you do shouldn't be for sale.

And there in lies the fundamental difference. I cook indoors, for most grilling/BBQing are rituals and rights of passage. A charcoal grill can be just as fast. Its all about preparation. The set up is quite quick and easy if you prepare and have the proper tools

I second the charcoal grill. As I was raised on the coal and will die using charcoal. I also love your choice of grill. I am looking to upgrade soon and that sounds like great choice.

Son this here is a Gas grill...an abomination against God and Man. A real man uses charcoal and embraces his carcinogens like the man he is....LOL

This is the tried and true method taught to us in nursing school....that and hospital corners!
