I thought the current V10 they use is based off their V8 platform, but with 2 cylinders slapped on. Hence why it has such poor vibration characteristics (using a cylinder bank angle intended for V8). Makes me skeptical as to it not actually fitting width/height-wise.

I think it will take a lot more refinement to compete with Ferrari.
