Sounds all too familiar to my circumstance. One of my biggest issues has been a coworker in my unit that is a pathological liar, along with being a classic PA personality, playing as though he's incompetent or simply forgetful, when, really, it's him just not wanting to work and getting a paycheck for sitting,

I've lived in cubicle land for a long time. There is only one way to deal with a PA blocker (someone who is impeding your project progress), show unforgiving assertiveness. State the facts and speak firmly when you speak with them. If they pull a PA move in a conversation, counter with a fact correction in an
