I thought that, overall, the episode was pretty compelling—compelling enough to keep me on the see-saw of thinking the show is absolute shit one week and thinking maybe it's worthwhile the next.

She definitely lives & works in El Paso, and I'm pretty sure I remember something about her attending one of the UT schools. Again, what this says about her citizenship, I don't really know.
