Second of all, why even say something like that to somebody? Why not just leave the man in peace to do what makes him happy? Do you get some kind of sick joy from being an elitist asshole who says mean shit to people who do things that don't fit your definition of impressive?

I have no idea what you're trying to say. Why is that so many insightful, well-written comments remain greyed out while unintelligible bullshit like this gets approved immediately?

I'm not impressed. Getting good at Dragon's Lair requires no skill, just memorization. And the fact you are so proud of memorizing the inputs to some crappy laserdisc game is a little sad.

coward gameplay mode more like.

Oh come on. Do you really believe that someone can be nostalgic about something that happened 5 minutes ago? 30 seconds ago? You must be trolling. If you aren't, you are just far too stupid to be convinced otherwise.

So I guess you're just dim then.

I can't tell if you're being disingenuous or you're just that dim.

...are you being disingenuous or are you just really stupid?

Nonsense. By that logic I could say I'm feeling nostalgic about a game that came out last week. There is no defined criteria for how old something should be to evoke nostalgia, but I'd say it's got to be older than 6 years.

Agreed. This is just another new piece of tech that sensationalized media will latch onto. The sort of headline like "Is real life becoming a videogame?" is getting really old.

I've heard good things about the TrackingPoint system, and I'm sure it will find success among hunters and novice long range shooters but I highly doubt technology like this will ever replace marksman training in the US military. A well trained sniper with the current standard equipment can zero in on a target like

Found this on r/dayz. Sums up the game nicely.

Just a gangsta I spose.

I know you're just joking but the idea that all guns should be destroyed is incredibly naive.

Did I mention that the first achievement you get in the game is in space, and it is awarded for pulling the trigger once? You don't even have to aim, the game does it for you. Boom goes the head. Congratulations.

I thought Infamous had a pretty clever title. I didn't play the game but there's some sort of morality system in it where you could become a hero or a villain, thus famous or infamous. For some reason folks seem to think infamous is a synonym for famous, which it is not, its meaning is more akin to 'notorious.'

The examples go on and on, far too numerous to list here. And I'm leaving out the much more electric, human morality of online games like the zombie survival sim DayZ. That game put players into something of a real-life psychological experiment, often with fascinating results. Will any single-player game manage to

Yeah $10 is reasonable, but its more than I would pay for that bland shooting gallery. Seriously, the MP is great even if you suck at it. Just don't try to get good at flying jets, more experienced pilots will eat you alive.
