This game is impossible to find right now. It has been out of stock since basically 3 days after the last printing and isn’t expected for another few months based on what stores have told me.

Zenni is great. There’s also Canadian company Clearly, a subsidiary of the French Essilor International, which used to be called “Clearly Contacts” but rebranded a while back. Similar idea to Zenni and same low prices. I like Clearly a bit more because they have recognizable brands just heavily discounted. I know

Crave is running the marathon right now so most of them are streamable on the site or via VOD right now.

Seems an odd choice that a device designed for taking notes and emulating a paper experience would sell the stylus separately. Who would buy one without the stylus?

Paying the ransom is generally bad because it encourages the malicious actors since their attacks work and pay off. It’s also possible they’ll leave backdoors or other malicious software on your network. That said, generally they will decrypt the files when you pay up. If a quick Google showed that paying the ransom

No system, process, or specification is 100% secure. This logo application is not exempt from that statement.

If gmail puts them in the avatar spot as seems to be suggested they should be easy to block; However, I’m not clear on why you’d want to. The idea is that a message has been fully authenticated using DMARC and is displaying a logo provided by the brand owner which has been verified by a third-party. The logo is a

BIMI, the name of the draft standard, uses multiple layers before showing a brand logo on an email.

Marsha P. Johnson throwing the first brick is not strongly corroborated for two reasons: 1) Marsha herself said many times she was not there when the riot started and arrived hours later. 2) No one knows who “threw the first brick” or more appropriately kicked the whole thing off as no one even knows if a brick was

I’m on the Affinity learning curve right now. I spent years as a Photoshop user from CS2 through to the current Creative Cloud version but needed to get off the subscription train. Affinity Photo is great--and so is the price--but damn me unlearning certain Photoshop habbits is difficult.

I use an app called Medsafe on Android. It had schedules that nag you to take your meds, automatic refill reminders based on number of doses taken since the last one, etc. It also has the ability to record taking an unscheduled medication. Ie, I can hit “Add Dose -> 2x Advil XS” and it will record the date/time alongsi

Jesus... I swear I’m going to die from an anxiety attack before COVID-19. There are way too many stories of ways you can have COVID-19, not know it, and still have it be fairly serious.

Love seeing Planetarium get mentions as it is such a fantastic game. Easy to learn yet strategic and, as you say, beautiful.

Such a great movie... It’s really a shame that Michael J. Fox wasn’t in the sequel. Milo didn’t feel the same and to boot the animation was of poorer quality (was made for TV and converted to a movie.)

My understanding is that it was already becoming increasingly difficult to get insurance for things like condo buildings in Fort Mac. I suspect this will make it near impossible going forward. They keep getting absolutely pummeled.

Many moons ago when I was a line cook we had a mandoline similar to the Bron 3839:

It’s still “minty” but Listerine Total Care isn’t nearly as intense as other mouth washes. Cutting it with a bit of water helps too.

While not quite as bad as a crown, I had a sizable filling fall out and take some of the surrounding tooth with it (looks like there was decay behind the filling.) Since there’s no pain (yet,) bleeding, or infection (yet) all I can do is brush obsessively, pack the missing area with wax, avoid certain foods, and chew
