In game your sub-light typical flight is used for approaching stations, landing on planets, combat, mining, and the like. Super cruise is used to travel between bodies within a system (planet to planet,) and hyper space jumps are used to travel between star systems.

Not quite... He supercruised to 65,788 using up most of his fuel. Supercruise is done in real time (at 2001 x the Speed of Light.) The plan in these long journeys is to then “jump” to a nearby system with the remaining fuel which is near instantaneous. The problem is he used up too much fuel to make the jump and WAY

In game if you run out of fuel in supercruise you’re dropped back to normal space. Think of supercruise like “warp” or “hyper space;” It takes a certain amount of power to keep the ship in that state and propel it forward. Without energy you drop into normal space.

I’m not sure exactly what the mistake he made was but you’re most likely correct that it was going just a little too far. The reason he cannot get most of the way home however is that these long-haul trips into the black are done with fuel calculations to “jump” home rather than fly back home.

I’m in Canada but we have fairly similar housing issues to the USA. We bought last year:

There’s a strip-mall near me that is the length of a full block. They only put vehicle and pedestrian entrances at one end and in the middle (on the long side.) If you’re on the corner at the end of the block without an entrance you either cut across the grass to access the stores or walk ~95.85 m (314.47 ft) to the

The idea of people with guns in their cars as a matter of course for any reason scares the shit out of me. It absolutely could be “precaution” or “preparedness” or whatever that put it there but if it’s a snap in judgement from road rage that causes it to be drawn rather than a true emergency.... Jesus.

From 23andMe:

FYI since you switch between the two ‘Kraft Mac & Cheese’ and ‘Kraft Dinner’ are not the same product. The former is available in the USA and the later is available in Canada and their formulations are different.

1 oz of bitters to 21 oz of whisky is right on the mark. Most Old Fashioned recipes call for 2 dashes of bitters which is on average 1.64ml. [1.64ml * 21 = 1.16oz]

I’m not sure I’d say “typically finished with a splash of soda.” I’ve ordered old fashioned cocktails in dozens of bars across multiple countries and have never once been handed one with soda. I have heard of the use of soda before now so I know it’s a thing but I’ve never experienced it and I always order the house

Re: Domestic Girlfriend

“Pornography is the new sex education, providing a disturbing script about what men find sexually appealing and what women should do to please them.”

I cringed a little... but if someone actually wanted to drink it that way, power to them I guess.

Or, maybe, some people are just passionate and like discussing the things that spark their passion with others? Is there fundamentally anything different between discussing a new whisk(e)y you tried and liked and discussing a new TV show, a new game, a new book, a new recipe, or anything else that you’re excited about?

I like the stance of the Whiskey Tribe (checkout their YouTube videos if you haven’t before:)

I live in part of Canada that sees average January highs of -10°C (14°F) with average lows of -20°C (-4°F) before accounting for wind chill. We average 13 days per year with a windchill below -40°C/°F and 39 days per year with a windchill below -30°C (-22°F.) You would need to layer quite a bit with a $100 winter

If a service also requires you to have a number in this password—and you take its advice and just do that, keeping your “complicated” password at a mere eight characters—you’ve cut the potential passwords a brute-force tool needs to guess by roughly 41 percent. In our scenario, that shortens the maximum time to 34
