Speaking of lampshading, this episode had a bit too much of it for my tastes. It got really repetitive with how they kept calling attention to the obvious Tommy reveal. It’s not clever. It’s just acknowledging some formulaic plotting. Make the joke and move on.

This is literally the last strategy guide I ever purchased. From that day forward it was either GameFaqs or whatever Google pointed me to. It’s kind of surprising how big the guide is when you consider how little information is actually contained inside.

I’m excited to try the demo. Downloaded it last week but haven’t had a chance to play it between Mario + Rabbids and Samus Returns. The last few weeks have been good to Nintendo fans. The last year for that matter.

C’mon bar owners. Did you learn nothing from Stranger Thing’s success? If you’re gonna take all your best ideas from someone else then at least have the decency to come up with your own title.

Can you refresh the comments when you update these articles? Kinja doesn’t allow users to sort by “new.” So I’m stuck reading the same top comments every time I browse a “12 best games for the...” article. Which is a shame since these types of lists can prompt some good discussions.

No. It’s ridiculous that the game is this so incomplete when you consider the time and resources that went into it. What a disaster.

Super Metroid is probably my all-time favorite. I’ve never been able to get into Metroid II. Tried it on various platforms but it never stuck. AM2R on the other hand was my jam back when it came out. I was so grateful for the game as it finally gave me a chance to experience the world and story Metroid 2 but with

It seemed like there were plenty of decent movies that performed well enough from May-July (Spider-Man, War for the Apes, Dunkirk, Wonder Woman, Guardians 2, Atomic Blonde, Baby Driver. But August (Dark Tower, Logan Lucky) really dragged it all down. But even the big domestic duds were saved by their overseas figures

The implication being that a group of people, probably “libruls”, think being a plumber is politically incorrect? Basically a straw-man implication. Fox News and their manufactured outrage. That channel is poison to this country.

It would have been a nice gesture had they included it for free. Paid DLC where they keep a percentage is outrageous. They’re exploiting his death. I don’t appreciate when any big corporations try to exploit the troops or students to get me to buy an extra thing so they can donate a portion of the proceeds to charity.

Calm down. This is all conjecture. No need to get so hostile about it.

I thought Theon meant right as in honorable. Hasn’t Jon himself said numerous times that he makes mistakes?

Way to cling to one piece of conjecture.

I agree there were some winks but it’s not as if the plot was twisted in order to serve those moments. My biggest gripe with this season is that it’s been overly manipulative in how it keeps teasing the deaths of beloved characters but then allows them to escape certain death. Bronn vs Drogon, Jaime vs Drogon, Jon

“if they hadn’t done, the White Walkers would have apparently never been a threat to Westeros literally ever.”

I enjoyed this writeup. I’ve always enjoyed the pseudo city building aspects of AOE2. I would spend a lot of matches more concerned with resource management, skill trees, and building placement than with actual combat. Which is probably why I was never very good at it. But I enjoyed it nonetheless. I tried AOE3

If by fan service you mean the various plotlines of the show are drawing to their inevitable conclusions, then sure. I’m glad the creators have distanced themselves from this meaningless jab that was probably thought up by an intern at Adult Swim. Funny seeing as how this season of R&M has arguably been a mixed bag.
