You’d have to implement some form of gradual progression in between content patches. Some form of organized “raid” or solo challenge is a start. Something that challenges your ability to play the game, but not in an overly repetitious way.

ARPGs always seem to follow the same formula that leads them to growing stale after a while. Perhaps if they took a few pages from MMO books, they might have some longevity.

You spent $50 on packs and only got one legendary? Did you really get two and they were doubles, cause otherwise that’s literally impossible. The game has bad luck protection built in so you get a legendary after so many packs of not getting one. Getting 40 packs means a base minimum of two legendary cards.

It was definitely frustrating - until you learn that you can just turn the entire thing upside down and just roll it using an entirely flat surface.
