Sounds like you don't actually know what you're talking about. For starters Reach was a prequel, there was no kind of "putting an end to the franchise" going on at all. Not to mention Reach would have been a horrible last title to the game because it was plagued with controversial adjustments and other small gripes.

This really highlights the difference between the 3DS and the Vita. Nintendo's strong first party games allow them to get away with murder. They screwed up the 3DS launch with a lack of games, so they slashed the price to get people to not ignore them and bought time for themselves to put out the games people knew

This cracked me the fuck up. Well done

Most of your points are almost laughable. Only in the last paragraph of your response do you come close to making any sense at all. Reading your comment you get the impression that the Nintendo DS, and the Nintendo 3DS simply don't exist. "game prices are perhaps the biggest problem" and "it made sense for games to be

I've always loved Mario mods, from the SNES rom hacks (Asshole Mario anyone?) to the NSMB Wii hacks. I loved them because they were difficult bordering on cruel and it always made for hilarious fun. The hard mode here, while obviously not as infuriating as mods can be, looks like it will touch on that frantic side of

They'll probably be expansions that continually simplify gameplay until everything is automatic and you only have to sit back and watch.

I'd agree with you, and to an extent I still do, but honestly back in the old days there were big goals people would set for themselves and then go and do them, and the only reward would be the satisfaction of having done them. For this game I think a different title screen is enough. A new world or level would be

Well I for one always liked the little back and forth Reggie and Geoff have had over the past few years. When he wants to, Keighley can be a decent interviewer. It's just that most of the time he seems to have no idea what he's talking about.

Nah, Smugleaf has too much cool with his smug to be related to Geoff lol.

Maybe you didn't play the Wii on recently but while the basic songs are recycled they're still all remixed versions.

I wanted to comment on this article but instead got hit with a restricting pop up ad. Putting adds over the top article when you come to the site was bad enough, adding advertisements when you enter an article now that covers up half the page is just depressing lol.

Reach wasn't very impressive in the technical department honestly. There were a lot of cheap solutions and workarounds in quite a few areas. This game feels like the actual real step forward for this franchise. Shit be pretty.

Yea check the Halo Waypoint posts about guns. The Promethean weapons all behave uniquely. They're all new/different guns. Like for example the Promethean equivalent of the DMR/BR is single fire when scoped and burst fire when shot from the hip. Since a lot of these guns have human or covenant counterparts (or both)

I too am now in love with this Batman figure. Adding it to my wishlist which shall be fulfilled come the new year.

It's a multiplayer mode. You can skip the pictures and still get that from the body of the article itself.

It wouldn't make much sense from a story perspective.

I'm glad they're still able to go through with the sequel. Thank Nintendo for that, hopefully they can give Bayonetta a new lease on life and evolve the series further.

It's a brand new video game system. Best believe the hype is going to be crazy. It's been over half a decade and I for one can't wait for that new home console feeling.

Of course. That's like asking "are people seriously looking forward to more and better videogames?"
