I am so over the whole concept of “games as service.”
I am so over the whole concept of “games as service.”
In a car this old though, what the hell does mileage matter if (a) it looks great anyway, (b) you’re not planning to sell it, but rather enjoy it for how rare it is and take it to shows like Radwood? Honestly, a well cared for car with 200K miles is still a car that’s been well cared for. Now, if it had rust? Then…
How can this not be a clear Nice Price victory? As long as the condition is what it’s supposed to be, this would be a really great ride for the price.
You are doing God’s work, you keep it up.
Other than the HIV, wouldnt women wanna sleep with Magic Johnson? Thats what u sound like when u want to take the biggest downfall of something out of the picture to do a side by side comparison.
It was actually staged for RADwood a while back, and by staged I mean those are my favorite cassettes to listen to in the car and the car phone is the one the original owner installed waaaay back in the day.
Hi everyone, I’m the owner/seller/restorer of this fine machine. I’ve reduced the price and added links to the restoration and review. I’ve been restoring cars back to factory condition for nearly two decades now...not a flipper, but someone who greatly enjoys rescuing and restoring these 80s and 90s machines to road-w…
So for all the crap I have given sellers who want too dollar for their cars and can’t be bothered to wash it and pull the Taco Bell wrappers and ancient laundry out of the back seat, here is our counterpoint. Clean, staged with cassettes and such to take us back to the day. A freaking period car phone. Kudos for the…
Somebody get Conan O’Brien on the phone.
I voted NP because....while high, it would be difficult to find a nicer example. That is worth its weight and probably $2k over-price.
I had a soft-sided cassette case which fit perfectly in the bin under the arm rest. I had tunes for even my longest road trips!
If the SHO is really your thing you could do a lot worse. If you love the car and bought a cheap one and needed to paint it etc, you’d be barking at this one’s door at this price. NP.
“I’m only looking to recoup my costs…”
I was a teenager when the original Taurus came out. Many people just don’t understand how revolutionary this car was back then, and the SHO was just amazing. I remember test driving a brand-new 5-speed example with my dad when the first one arrived at our Ford dealer. What an incredible car this was at that time.…
It’s a sweet classic in great condition. Easy NP.
OH GOD PLEASE STOP ME FROM BUYING IT OMG I WANT IT CRAP HERE I GO I’M BUYING IT
Nearly worth it for the engine porn alone.
Car’s deliciously on point. Old enough to qualify for historic plates everywhere, less-common beast with a somewhat recognizable pedigree, price commensurate with condition.
This is the SHO to own. That engine is just sweet looking even if it’s rapped by a melba toast body. I remember these cars actually performing well for their time. Think of the Radwood style fun you could have in this. Having said that, there is no way I’m paying $6.9K for your SHO. At $4K you may have some buyers but…
