My problem with iCloud is that it doesn't seem like much of anything at all. I don't feel that it actually *does* anything in particular.

Another benefit to green tea is that it is much less acidic. I used to use coffee before a workout, and after a few weeks, I found the acid reflux too much to bear. Now I alternate between green tea and coffee. Works great!

I recommend www.GoodReads.com as a great way to track what you've read, find other books, and discuss the books with like-minded individuals. Really cool site.

Something to be aware of: if you use a program like "Quicksilver" and have grown accustomed to opening applications with your shortcut... then be aware that this works trick best by clicking on an application in your dock. Quicksilver might close before you get the chance to use it.

They need to time how fast people read the "difficult" fonts vs. the "easy" fonts. We already know that when you're forced to read a little more slowly, you remember more.

A small suggestion... the background music after a point made me want to punch myself in the ear.
