Sorry, but I didn’t quite understand what you wanted to say... Was that an answer to my comment?

“Are you really trying to compare anger at pedophile priests and anti-gay stances with demonization of the very foundation of a religion?”
If you are going to put religion in this list, shouldn’t it be under a bigger box called “ideology”?
That is where education (and especially critical thinking) comes into light. If kids were really teached how to analyse a text and to understand the difference between a joke and a real personal position, we could still laugh about anything without being accused of what we are laughing about.
“Within its first few hours, SR3 has already alluded to colonialism being a good thing, insulted various groups via some of the hairstyle and taunts and their names, and included a few missions featuring mindless NPC women who are only called hos and whores”
And they really think people are going to care about that??!!
1-Yeah, telling someone you don’t agree with to “shut up” is clearly the best strategy here, nice
Brian, you are trolling now, right? :)
I don’t get it... I really don’t.... How can someone arguing for more inclusivity want more and more limitations forced onto people? Shouldn’t freedom of expression be one of the main pillar of any minority’s claims? I mean, isn’t that what every minority is asking for : a way to express themselves and be heard/seen…
I mean, you’re right, at that time the aggressors were the Viking, but the anglo-saxons were “still” an invading population at that time, with some remnant of Britons in the west. And just 200 or something years before, they were the full-fledge invaders then...

“Remakes and remasters are a type of ritual. Players return to these places, experiencing versions and variations of stories and events much in the way that the Bible contains various accounts of key moments penned by different authors. As in any anthropology, the question of what is truly “canon” lurks underneath it…
First of all, thank you for your answer, and I’ll try to respond in the same respectful way as you did so the conversation stays civil. :)
“You can’t be open minded and then go after entire religions after admitting that you don’t know where life comes from.”
Hey thanks for the answer even while on your cell! :)
Hey thank for the advice! :) Always glad to have some, especially since it’s not customary for me to engage with other people on these matters.
Let’s start from the end :
I’m very sorry to see that you’ve either misunderstood or misrepresented almost every single thing that I said. It may be because of my lack of clarity, it may be because you misread me, but let’s try and set things (more) clear :)
First, to comment on your example, yes, these evanlegical mega-churches mix religion and politics, it’s bad, but that is not limited to them.
