I will counter your anecdotal argument with my anecdotal evidence: My friend, who is a lesbian, met her wife while working at Facebook. We had several dinner parties with a colleague of theirs, Kim, who’s gay (and a great guy by the way). This means that Facebook has hired at least three LGBTQ+.
