Photos are BIG MOOD, as the kids say.

All hail Ritter sport.

The Town is as much as a romance as Rocky is, change my mind.

Same, I watched a couple episodes of Glee, but I just feel so badly for her little boy, he must have been so scared alone on the boat. I can only imagine my little girl in her little puddle jumper calling “momma?!” It’s heartbreaking.

I’ve been playing fantasy for the last three years (I’m in a league with some ladies from my facebook mom’s group). I have refused to draft any Washington player onto my fantasy team in a tiny protest against the racist name. Not that I’ve suffered too much for lack of their players.

the consequences of this experience for children/their socialization/their education/etc. makes me so worried. the consequences will only be more severe for poor children. I work in higher ed, and we’ll likely be seeing effects for at least a decade, if not for the next 18 years!

I recently met an editor for MW. She, fairly recently, edited the dictionary definition for the word “a”. I was super impressed. They still work on paper, too! Hearing her describe the process that they go through to sift through all the words, and change them as needed, was fascinating!

This is my plan. Also, part two of my plan is wear a single piece of fabric, call it a sarong.

i want to order a few sarongs and bike shorts. can’t go out to the thursday night pop-up bar at the museum, which is normally the jewel of the social calendar around here? might as well wear a single piece of fabric “to” the kiddie pool in my backyard while my child splashes me. close enough, i guess.

From the source article:

I think it’s tortellini. Looks like a little hair bun, and if he had it in the “fresh” packs or frozen it would work ... okay.... in the microwave.

I didn’t know that i wasn’t the only sweet tomatoes ranch stan! I’ve not eaten at a sweet tomatoes in over a decade; i went vegan in 2008 and never went back, partially because i couldn’t eat the ranch anymore. I remember being young and filling one of those goddamn little buffet boats with it, dipping that

didn’t even read the article, but i’m thrilled to hear this. i’m minorly obsessed with the story, have visited biosphere 2 multiple times, seen biodome, read the terranauts, excited to hear more about the actual story of what happened! it’s hard to find the “truth” out there!

ok..... but where is his coat from.

been making my way thru his catalog. current fave is denmark outside of copenhagen.

Ok, my first house I bought with my husband right before we had our kiddo, was in a “rural city” meaning, the biggest city for a few hours, surrounded by tons of farming and little tiny no-stoplight towns. I worked at the small state college in town, and thought it would be a fine place to live for a few year, to get

Full disclosure, I went to cypress bay and knew her...

might i recommend MTV’s The Paper? High School kids at a giant FL high school...... edit the school newspaper.

glad that “think about things” is getting more recognition. i’ve listened to it basically everyday since i started working from home, even some days putting it on right when i get to my “office” to dance all the inside feels and stresses out with my morning cup of tea.

I understand the frustration of your wants and plans being put on hold for something so far out of everyone’s control. this is the most extreme large scale thing that’s every happened in our lifetimes. I think for many people that is really hard to put into perspective, especially when we’re so focused on ourselves
