I actually disassemble mine. I was about to throw them away when I decided to open them. You'd be surprised how much ear wax manages to go throw the pin holes. No other way to get rid of that stuff. After thoroughly cleaning them, they are good as new.
Been there; frankly speaking, I didn't like it. Maybe it's me but I like the flexibility of taking some time off while working to do personal stuff and viceversa. Having two computers actually made things more complicated for me. I'm back to just one.

In my line of work business cards are a must; few of my clients are tech savvy. That said, I find myself everyday saying more often "look for me in LinkedIn".
I have recently rediscovered the importance of just-in-case learning. Used to swear by it, then ditched it for a few years.
My previous boss was kind of good at this. He would throw a controversial idea to the table and would let us all discuss it; in the end he had the last word. Too bad not everyone in the room understood the whole point; some of my colleagues took things too personal.
If it's important and urgent: in-person or phone.
I can see this actually taking off. I am realizing that I am more likely to message some of my friends directly on Facebook. In the same lines, I'd love if they'd come up with a way to message FB friends from any email client.

@Maulleigh: I think the logic is more like we are losing our ability to concentrate on things that we are not interested; a much needed skill when you are in school. Just try to remember when you had to learn calculus. Perhaps is time to rethink the education system.
Unless we are talking of a hot title, I hardly see myself paying more for an ebook that what I pay for a paperback.
