Geez... not sure about this one.. I've been on the hiring side and hardly see myself rejecting someone and including in the reasons, among others: "showed 30 minutes earlier; disrupts people's schedules".

I'm sure my colleagues -who work mostly on the road for 1 week to 1 month long projects, will find this "hack" interesting. To them, the priority is to carry the least amount of stuff while working on site. Many times, it's just not worth carrying/shipping/expensing a scanner you intend to use for a few days when

Well, for starters, putting them under the sun does magic. Sunlight kills a good deal of the fungus and microbugs feeding on your skin residues and what not. It even takes care of any odors. Highly recommended at least once ever month or so.

Lassi? Wow... that explains why it's so popular in India. For the uninitiated, it's ice-cold watered down curd (kind of yogurth). You can have it with mango (delicious) or add some chopped coriander and sea salt (which is a nasty smells-like-sewer version they love here).

Been there... I travel to all these exotic places in South Asia and am always shy of taking pictures.

@zrag: That's probably the reason I enjoy audiobooks so much when commuting. Driving alone is the only situation where I find myself completely immerse in the plot.
