I was assuming she said that cat pics are "okay though" because he asked if she wanted a picture of his dick. So, in that context, I would have definitely been a jerk to him, too.

Why are we assuming anything? I'm sure that the university must have had some grounds for finding the accused 'not responsible.' None of us know what happened. It's irresponsible to label him as 'rapist' based on the accounts of one party.
