Listened to NBCSports today about F1 practice. Steve Matchett mentioned that the safety car should have been deployed immediately after the Sutil accident. Any time there are workers with tractors or the like to extract a car, the safety car should be deployed. We all hope and pray that Jules will recover. F1 does not
