I dumped Fast Boot (which is different from Fast Startup) on the advice of the company that built my Windows 10 PC. I won’t name them, but they’ve won numerous awards and are one of the premier custom builders. I’ve also opted not to use Fast Startup as described here, based on what I’ve learned from them.
