I know it’s not the primary focus of the site, but will there still be at least some F1 coverage here? Seems like you (and Elizabeth) were our primary contributor.  Either way, thanks for all of the content.  I’m sad to see you leave but am glad you’re leaving to pursue something even more appealing to you.  Cheers!

Can confirm. Used to live 25 miles (driving distance) from Boston and my commute to work was anywhere from 55-100 minutes.  Luckily, I’m now 0.8 miles from work and my walk is 10-12 minutes.  On rare occasions I drive....and then it’s 2-3 minutes.

Are you crying? Ah ha ha ha ha. Jarv, frickin’ crying! I think I’m crying!

Same boat here. 2018 CX-5 Grand Touring.  Bought CPO in January with ~10k miles on it.  Love the car for what it is. Would like CarPlay but haven’t felt like paying to have it added...yet.

Actual lol at this.

Oddly enough, I was digging the early morning races during the Europe swing the most (U.S. East Coast here). I had a nice little ritual. Get up at 7am, take the dog out for a 20-30 min walk around the neighborhood, pour a coffee, and slump down onto my couch to watch a few minutes of pre-race coverage and then the

I’ve basically been mulling sending over this exact request to Tom, but with the caveat that I’m having my first child in February, so 2 door/sports cars are no dice. My current ride at the moment is.....nothing. I live less than a mile from work and commute often with my wife (or walk!), who has a 2018 CX-5 for

I believe it can also be watched for free, on ABC, in the U.S. Unlike most of the other races which are relegated to ESPN2, ESPN News, or whatnot.

This, times infinity. You hear it from time to time on sports radio (I know, fuck me) and I sometimes can’t tell when it’s in a mocking fashion instead of being dead serious. And sadly, I think it’s mostly the latter.

This is the good shit. As a Pats fan, I don’t quite know how else to respond. Other than to say fuck me and fuck the rest of us. Also, never tweet. Nothing good can come from that.

I strongly dislike the Dodgers. In fact, I root against them in all circumstances other than if they were to play the Yankees. And in that case, the meteor, obviously. I went to bed hoping to wake up and see that the Nationals made a comeback and won. But man, I can’t help but feel kinda bad here. Yes, Kershaw is a

Penny and Shaq were definitely up there for me in the 90s (prime childhood).  Reggie Miller, too.  I also had a major soft spot for Brett Hull (Brett Hull Hockey 95 for SNES).  Oh and Gary Sheffield, oddly.

I can only just begin to imagine the shit she deals with. As we all *should* know, sports radio is where the garbage dump brings its trash.

Wow. No.

This, precisely.

One of the many reasons I frequent Jalopnik is the multitude of writers that post regularly, many of whom are female. I think it’s one of the site’s best features, frankly. It sucks that you have to deal with this kind of behavior, but I applaud all of you for continuing to do your work despite it.

Did NOT come here expecting to see a Nott Street reference.  Brutal Ellis Hospital traffic.

I fully comprehend that this is a mere New England regional chain, but I’d take a Papa Gino’s cheese or pepperoni 100 times out of 100 over Domino’s or any of the other listed places. Yes, it’s still chain pizza. Yes, you almost certainly have a better local place down the street. But something about the sauce keeps
