Remember when saturated fats and corn syrup were good for you and eggs and butter were killers. Maybe this faux meat won’t turn out to be like margarine but maybe it will. And this is why some people are reluctant. Me I’m just cheap. Top round is $2.50 a pound, how much is mystery meat ( can you buy it at the grocery?)
